HISTORY OF VIS

VIS was founded in the late 1990’s by Philip Barragan. What started as a company providing Special Inspection and Consulting evolved into one that focuses on Project Inspection Management services. With experience in Cal State University projects, Community Colleges, schools K-12 (DSA), Hospital (HCAI) Construction, Private, Industrial and Commercial construction work, we have the knowledge and expertise to work with various jurisdictions.
